Finding time to rest while on GAPS

You have worked hard all week…be sure to relax as much as you can today!

Chores can wait until tomorrow! =)

Hum…I’m thinking of soaking in a tub with Epsom salts to help detox, enjoying a steamy cup of tea, enjoying a book and snuggling with some my sweet family! This is so important to your health and doing the GAPS diet…man, God totally knows what we need when He tells us to rest one day a week! What does resting look like for you? I hope you make a point to rest today!

(Even if that means resting on a Blue Ballet Squash while wearing your ballet outfit like Abbi! Ahh…girls are so fun! )
