In this section, you will find sample schedules with one book per subject listed for the intended form. I have only included schedules for Forms 1 and 2 in the free section. In the paid section, there are additional reading plans for Forms 1 and 2, as well as reading plans for Forms 3, 4, and 5+.
How to Use the Sample Schedules
The schedules are set up for weekly reading, over a 28-week school year, divided into 7-week terms. First, you will want to find or purchase all of the books listed on the schedule. Second, determine your school calendar and when you will begin Week 1, and when you will break for holidays. There is another section in the Welcome tab called Scheduling Your School Year that may be helpful as you think about how to schedule.
Keep your books all in one place, perhaps in a basket or a cabinet, so that they are easy to reach. When it is time to begin Week 1, sit down at your ideal school-day-start-time and start reading. Check off the readings as you go. Have your children tell back what they have heard you read. Do this again the next day, and for as many days per week as you plan to homeschool.
