Working on 2 Cookbooks!

 I have been busy creating recipes, typing them up and shooting photos! I am creating 2 books that should be available within the next few weeks!!

 

The first one, the one that is the most complete is:

 

GAPS Lunches

4 weeks of GAPS legal lunches, complete with a menu, shopping lists and recipes!

 

and the second one I am working on is:

 

 

GAPS Breakfasts

4 weeks of GAPS legal breakfasts, complete with a menu, shopping lists and recipes!

 

My hope is to give you all some great recipes (and a menu) for Breakfast and Lunch to go along with my already-awesome GAPS Legal Meal Plans (dinners)! 🙂

I want to help make this diet less complicated for you! I am passionate about it because it’s made a huge difference in my life. I look around and see so many unhealthy people–and just want to let everyone know that there is HOPE and you don’t have to feel terrible!!! Really!! I know that the idea of making everything from scratch can be overwhelming to someone who isn’t feeling well. I was there. It seems like a HUGE task to try to gather recipes that will work, make the menu, do the shopping, and prepare the meals. My goal is to simplify all of that for you. The recipes are gathered, the menu is made. If I could come into all of your kitchens and prepare the food for you, I’d do that, too, but well–I’ve gotta teach you to catch your own fish (er–make your own meal). 😉
