3 Months, No Shopping!

3 months of no shopping by Brenda Scott The Well Fed Homestead STAR Homeschool

I promised I’d share another New Year’s resolution today, so here it is: I’m on my 4th day of NO SHOPPING for 3 months! Yes, that’s right, THREE MONTHS! I mean no shopping whatsoever.

No:

grocery shopping
online shopping
clothes shopping
misc. shopping
none. nada. zilch!

I'm not a doctor, and I don't have a fancy title. I've got a bachelor's degree in English, a certificate of Nutrition from Nutrition Therapy Association, a bunch of experience with my own health and the health of my kids, and a whole lot of passion about real food and legitimate research and studies.
