INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 c onion, chopped
1/2 c frozen peppers, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp dijon mustard
14.5 oz jar tomato sauce
2 TB honey
sea salt and black pepper
METHOD:
In a large skillet, over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the onions, bell peppers and garlic until
the meat is fully browned. Add in the mustard, tomato sauce, honey, salt and pepper. Serve on top of Cheesy Biscuits (in GAPS Lunches cookbook!).

What about the bread? What is that and can you post that recipe?!
I am also very interested in the recipe for the bread. However, I do understand that if you gave out all of your recipes, there would be no point in signing up for meals or buying the book. I’m hoping this one will be in a future meal plan. 😉
Judging by the texture (and correct me if I’m wrong), that looks like coconut flour bread. No thanks. Maybe it would be less mealy with the meat sauce on top, but coconut flour sits so heavy in my stomach, like I ate sawdust.
