It’s amazing to me that a little kid understands this stuff, and yet most American adults don’t “get” it. Show this to your kids! This is home school. 🙂
Since embarking on this GAPS Diet adventure, the phrase I have heard most from people has been:
“Well, everything is ok in moderation.”
What most people don’t understand is that if you’re eating the “typical American Diet,” you’re not eating in moderation.

Quiche is one way that I make less eggs feed my family. I don’t usually use a recipe when I make quiche–I use what I have on hand and just mix it up. It’s really hard to mess this up. I’m calling this Make it Your Way Quiche, because you can really make it however you want!
